We are still finalizing speakers and plans for Tudorcon 2022, but if you want to reserve your spot, now is the time to start making plans!
We will gather again in beautiful Lancaster County Pennsylvania from September 9-11 at the winery next to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire.

Here is the recap from 2021 to give you a taste of how the weekend will go:
After being online only in 2020, it was so wonderful to get together last weekend with friends, and talk about our shared passions of history and the Tudors. It was like coming home, and knowing that we all share a love of history immediately put us on the fast track to being best friends with all these amazing people who came from as far away as Ireland!
Some highlights: the entertainment was amazing – we had a Shakespeare impersonator, and two fabulous musical groups who entertained us in the barn while Lisa Misak (who runs the book club) handled the Tudor Trivia in the Tap Room. Plus a feast, and music from the new musical, Boleyn.
Michael Radi (who composed the musical, The King’s Legacy) talked about the legacy of Anne Boleyn in film, books, plays, musicals, and more. That follows a talk on the Tudors and Trademarks given by Rachael Dickzen. Adrienne Dillard gave a talk on writing historical fiction (one attendee took nine pages of notes!) and Carol Ann Lloyd talked about the relationship between Mary and Elizabeth. On the third day, Michael Blanding gave a new twist to the Shakespeare Authorship question, and then Janet Wertman discussed more on Seymour Shenanigans.
Meaningful conversations were held, and new friendships were born. Basically, it was magic, and I feel so privileged to be part of this group of awesome human beings.
Below are some photos from three days of amazing Tudor fun.

And of course, our amazing speakers and lovely attendees!
The 13th-century German monk Meister Eckhart said that, “if the only prayer we ever said was ‘thank you’, that would be enough.” And right now all I have is gratitude for this amazing community of people that I get to be part of, and to you for trusting some stranger on the internet (me) who said that we could have a fun time spending a weekend discussing Tudor history. You made this weekend possible, and I am so very grateful!
